Join us for a special screening of The M Factor, a groundbreaking documentary exploring the real impact menopause has on women’s health, careers, relationships, and long-term wellbeing.
For too long, conversations surrounding menopause and midlife hormone health have been minimized, misunderstood, or ignored altogether. The M Factor brings long-overdue attention to the physical, emotional, and societal realities women face while highlighting the urgent need for better education, research, and care.
Following the screening, Jodi Choplin, NP, Serenity’s Functional Health Expert, will lead a community Q&A and conversation surrounding hormone health, prevention, wellness, and proactive care.
